We have four rooms available for public use:
Room 1 (capacity: 4 – 5 people)
Room 7 (capacity: 40 – 50 people)
Room 8 (capacity: 20 – 25 people)
Assembly Room (capacity: 15 – 20 people)
Bookings for the hire of accommodation at the Community Centre can currently only be made via the Hayle Town Council office, via telephone or email.
All rooms are booked for 4-hour periods, being:
Morning Session (approx 9am – 1pm)
Afternoon Session (approx 1pm – 5pm)
Evening Session (approx 5pm – 9pm)
Subject to demand, it may be possible at the discretion of Hayle Town Council to vary these timings slightly. Rooms are available seven days a week.
Public wireless broadband access is usually available, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed.
Costs per session are as follows:
From 1 April 2018:
Room 1 £12.00 (including VAT of £2.00)
Room 7 £19.80 (including VAT 0f £3.30)
Room 8 £16.80 (including VAT of £2.80)
Assembly Room £31.50 (including VAT of £5.25)
