Limitations on the use of the “Hayle Promotional Logos”

The “Hayle Promotional Logos” may only be used to promote Hayle and the parishes of Gwinear-Gwithian and St Erth. They may only be used on stationery, advertising and marketing materials, business signs, business cards, all other business forms, town signs, banners and websites.
The “Hayle Promotional Logos” cannot be used on any website or printed medium that contravenes any applicable law or government regulation.

The “Hayle Promotional Logos” cannot be used as part of a business logo or incorporated into any other logo.
The “Hayle Promotional Logos” may be enlarged or reduced; however, they cannot in any way be altered or animated or have their perspective distorted or their dimensional appearance altered, as to do so is strictly prohibited.
The colour of the “Hayle Promotional Logos” cannot be altered or changed.
The “Hayle Promotional Logos” may not be combined with any other artwork form and cannot be used as a design element of any other logo or trademark.

As copyright owner, Hayle Town Council reserves the right to review the use of the Hayle logo at any time.

Hayle Town Logo	CONDITIONS FOR USING THE “HAYLE PROMOTIONAL LOGOS”
	Introduction Four logos have been created to promote the Hayle area as an up-and-coming place to live in, work and visit. The aim is to encourage more business and footfall. These four logos are described as “*Hayle Promotional Logos*” and are available to businesses, community groups and other organisations to use within their marketing, so long as they are used in accordance with these guidelines.
	Copyright Copyright of the four logos belongs to Hayle Town Council. Logo users must adhere to the terms of the copyright holder, which are laid out in these guidelines. Failure to do so will be treated as copyright infringement and may be acted upon by Hayle Town Council in accordance with law.
	Responsibility and Liability Hayle Town Council accepts no responsibility or liability, whatsoever, for consequences resulting from the use of its copyrighted material, howsoever used. Hayle Town Council is not responsible for damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to or reliance on such material. No guarantees or warranties, including (but not limited to) any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular use or purpose, are made by Hayle Town Council with respect to such material.
	Artwork There are four versions of the “*Hayle Promotional Logos*” as illustrated below. Each of the four logos uses different straplines designed to suit a range of activities. You may choose the most appropriate one for your marketing needs. Hayle Town Council can agree other straplines. Requests for other straplines should be sent in writing to Hayle Town Council explaining the reason why a different strapline is needed.
