Hayle Health and Wellbeing Festival – Programme Announced!

Discover a Wellness Extravaganza at the Hayle Health & Wellbeing Festival!

We’re thrilled to announce the programme for Hayle Health & Wellbeing Festival, a weekend celebration of all things wellness. Get ready for a fantastic weekend of exciting activities, inspiring talks, and a chance to connect with the community.  Most of the activities are completely FREE so you can enjoy yourself at little to no cost!

The full event programme is available to download here: HHWF Event Programme 2023 (4) You will find details about the activities, who is running them and where they take place. It gives an indication of who they are suitable for and what you can expect at the festival.  The idea is that you can select the activities to attend that most interest you.  You won’t be able to go to everything but the idea is for you to try something that you may not have tried before.

Pre-Book Your Wellness Adventure: To ensure you don’t miss out on your preferred activities, we offer the option to pre-book. Look at this activity overview: HHWF Activity Timetable 2023 so that you can plan your time and then book your activities online here: https://forms.office.com/e/hr3qJJ9aXi  or download this printable pdf version: Attendee Booking Form Hayle Health and Wellbeing Form 23  or drop by Hayle Library/the HTC office to grab a paper copy.

Remember, the deadline for pre-booking is 5pm on Wednesday, 20th September. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to confirm any bookings after this time and you’ll have to take your chances on the day.

We’re launching the festival at The Cove Cafe on Friday 22nd September with a taste adventure with Rupert Cooper.  You can book this talk and 2 course meal via Eventbrite: Book launch event

The festival kicks off on Saturday at 9am, promising a day filled with a diverse range of workshops, talks, and activities designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. From wellness activities to thought-provoking discussions, there’s something for everyone. Hayle Academy is hosting the main event site with other activities happening at other sites around the town including Paddy’s Mill and Sandy Acres.  When booking your activities, bear in mind the locations in order to allow yourself time to get from one site to another.  We are hoping to run a shuttle bus between venues but we’ll update about that soon.

Walk & Roll for a Cause: On Sunday at 10.30am, join us for the Mayor’s Fundraiser Walk & Roll, supporting St Julia’s Hospice. This inclusive event welcomes everyone, from wheelchair users to families with prams. Let’s walk, roll, and contribute to a good cause while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of KGVMW.  You can download a sponsorship form here: Cornwall Hospice Care Sponsorship Form or donate on the day.  They’ll be some entertainment at the Recreation Ground at the end of the walk and roll for you to enjoy.

Get Ready for a Transformational Weekend: We can’t wait to see you at the festival, ready to embark on a journey of well-being and connection. It’s time to empower your wellness and embrace a healthier, happier you!

Stay tuned for more updates and get ready to make the most of the Hayle Health & Wellbeing Festival!
