HRH Queen Elizabeth 1926 – 2022

Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II has sadly passed away peacefully this afternoon.
Our Mayor, Cllr Anne- Marie Rance said:
“We are all devastated by the news of Queen Elizabeth II’s death It is a profoundly sad moment for us all.
At the Queen’s Coronation she promised to dedicate her life to the service of her people, and she did just that. For many people the Queen has been a symbol of certainty throughout their lifetime. This is a truly historic moment. We convey our deepest condolences to the King and the Royal Family”
Rest in peace.
