HAYLE’S CITIZEN OF THE YEAR, YOUNG PERSON OF THE YEAR, AND ORGANISATION OF THE YEAR!
Please see below for nomination forms for the Mayor’s Annual Citizen of the Year, Young Person of the Year and Organisation of the Year Awards. Please also see the attached conditions on the nomination forms.
The Citizen of the Year and the Young Person of the Year Awards will be presented to those persons that have been nominated and selected as providing a special service, on an honorary basis, to the community of Hayle.
The Organisation of the Year Award will be presented to the organisations that have been nominated and selected as being of exceptional value and merit to the community of Hayle.
If you know of someone else who might wish to make a nomination, please pass on the contact details. Additional nomination forms and the conditions that apply can be obtained from the Town Clerk’s office upon request.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 27 April 2022.
