On Thursday 25 July 2019 from 10.00am to 3.00pm at Gwithian Green Nature Reserve.
We’ll spend some time checking the stream is flowing OK, cutting paths, removing invasive species and then enjoy our annual BBQ, accompanied, we hope, by views of butterflies and flowers that wouldn’t be there if we didn’t keep the brambles at bay. Meet in car park just north of Gwithian Church at SW587/413.
Ranger Martin Rule will bring tools, gloves, tea, coffee and biscuits, but please make sure you bring some lunch and appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for working in the exposed Towans’ environment.
If you are planning to attend, please contact Martin by text or phone to 07854 123877, or email martinrule@talktalk.net to let him know.
