Friends of the Towans – Bird-watch

A great area for observing a wide range of birds, including many summer visitors, most of which will be here by now.  We usually see at least 50 species on this annual jaunt.  Please bring your own drink and snack.

Meet in car park just north of Gwithian Church at SW587/413.

Thursday 2 May 2019 – 8.30am until 12.30ish (please note this start time varies from the usual 10.00am)

Ranger Martin Rule will bring tools, gloves, tea, coffee and biscuits, but please make sure you bring some lunch and appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for working in the exposed Towans’ environment.

(All Friends of the Towans events start at 10.00am and run until about 2.00pm.)

If you are planning to attend, please contact Martin by text or phone to 07854 123877, or email martinrule@talktalk.net to let him know.
