Hayle Town Council remembers Clive Polkinghorne

In recognition of his years serving on the council from 2009 culminating in a term as Mayor between 2019 – 2021, Hayle Town Council remembers Clive Polkinghorne, who has sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with his friends and family. A minute’s silence will be held at the next Full Council Meeting. RIP.
