Cats Protection – Neutering Offered

The Truro and District Branch of Cats Protection (Registered Charity No 203644), which covers postcodes TR1-TR9, TR14-TR27 and PL28, is offering to neuter cats for £5 (means-tested).

Volunteers work hard to foster and rehome cats and kittens in their care, help with feral cat issues in the above areas and promote the neutering of cats.

One un-neutered female cat can be responsible for 20,000 descendants in just five years.  The charity is currently running a £5 neutering campaign for qualifying cat owners in the above postcode areas.  Any cat owners who are eligible (in receipt of means-tested benefits, state pension only or a full-time student) will only pay £5 and this branch of Cats Protection will pay the balance.  This campaign is running indefinitely as long as funds last and it helps people who are struggling financially as much as it helps improve the quality of life for cats.
